Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zephyrine's AI consulting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Zephyrine provides AI technology consulting services including but not limited to:

• AI-driven event planning and coordination
• Operations optimization through artificial intelligence
• Strategic AI implementation consulting
• Lead generation and management services

3. Payment Terms

Our services are billed on a per-qualified-lead basis as outlined in our pricing structure. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

Qualified leads are defined as prospects who meet the following criteria:

• Have demonstrated genuine interest in your services
• Meet your specified target demographic and budget requirements
• Have responded positively to our AI-driven outreach campaigns
• Have been verified through our multi-factor qualification process

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their target market and requirements
• Responding to qualified leads in a timely manner
• Maintaining professional standards in all communications
• Providing feedback on lead quality to improve our services

6. Intellectual Property

All AI models, algorithms, and proprietary technologies developed by Zephyrine remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use our services but do not acquire ownership of our technology or methodologies.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business data. We will not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zephyrine's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dawson County, Texas.
